New Student Enrollment Process 2026-2027

Please read below for the new student application and enrollment process.

Between February 4 and March 17 - Apply for the Texas Education Freedom Account!

Step #1 - New Student Inquiry

If you are interested in starting the process of enrollment with us, please begin by filling out the New Student Inquiry Form above. We will reach out to you personally to schedule a tour and shadow day.

Step #2 - Shadow Day, Interview, Intent to Enroll

Part 1: Your child (grades k-8) will be scheduled to attend a shadow day at the school. Parents will meet with the principal for an interview.

Part 2: If you decide to continue with the enrollment process, you will fill out the "Intent to Enroll Form."

Step #3 - FACTS Financial Setup

FACTS enrollment will need to be completed for tuition payments. Enrollment cannot be considered until this step is finished. You can visit the site below to begin the process and set up your account. There are two steps to FACTS.

Step 1: Grant and Aid for financial aid only for those who did not recieve TEFA aid. This application will require your most recent tax return documents.

Step #4 - Enrollment Forms and Fee

Upon acceptance, you will receive a password to access the enrollment forms.

The enrollment fee* is $300 per student from February 2 - April 17. After April 17, the fee is $475 per student.

*See our tuition and fees page for more information about fees. The only other fee is the curriculum fee of $150 which will be charged to your FACTS account in September.

Here is a list of the items you will need to supply to the school:

  • Social Security Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Records

  • 1040 Tax Information

  • Sacramental Records (Baptism; First Reconciliation; First Communion)

  • Enrollment Packet

  • Academic Records (If previously in school)

  • Parish Certification Form (If Catholic)

  • Parent/Guardian Drivers License (copy)

  • Custody Agreements/Court Orders (if applicable)

  • FACTS Enrollment MUST be completed before enrollment will be considered.

Step #5 - Financial Aid Determination

Additional Financial Aid is a separate process handled after acceptance. Financial aid is need based and determined based on your FACTS grant and aid application.
