Friday is "Celebrate Faculty, Staff & Volunteers" for Catholic Schools Week 2025! We will be catering a special lunch for our team that helps us make it all happen behind the scenes.
*Friday, 1/31 is an early release day at 11:15 AM for students. Please plan accordingly.

Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School will be hosting the 8th grade Shadow Day on Friday, February 7, 2025. This is a fabulous day where your student will see what it is like at the Dawg House! 8th graders will need to be dropped off at the MKCHS Centennial Gym at 8:00 AM and picked up at 3:35 PM on this day.
Thursday is "Celebrate Vocations" for Catholic Schools Week 2025! Students will have the opportunity to hear two guest speakers talk about vocations. We are pleased to have Father Rodel and Sister Jessie come speak to us on Thursday morning!
Wednesday is "Celebrate the Nation" for Catholic Schools Week 2025! Students will be attending Sonshine Mass at the Cathedral at 9:00 AM! Directly after Mass, we will be praying the Rosary around the flagpole. Kelly High School will be passing out rosaries to the students.

Tomorrow kicks off Catholic Schools Week! Have your students wear their uniform to Mass this weekend and take a picture with your Priest! Send the picture to kmorris@sacbstx.org and get a free dress day pass!
School will be in session tomorrow, Friday, January 24th. Teachers report at 9:00 a.m. Carpool will begin at 9:05 a.m. Classes will start at 9:30 a.m. We will be celebrating the 100th day tomorrow as well! Students may dress up as a 100 year old.

School will be closed due to weather conditions on Thursday, 1/23.
We are monitoring conditions for Friday. Stay connected through our social media, app, texts and website.
School will now be closed on Tuesday, 1/21 & Wednesday, 1/22. We will have a delayed start on Thursday, 1/23. Doors will open at 9:45 a.m. and school will begin at 10:00 a.m. on 1/23. 8th grade placement testing for MKCHS will be rescheduled. 100th day will now be on Thursday, 1/23. Stay safe and warm!
We honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today. Our students visited his memorial in downtown Beaumont and said a prayer around the statue.
MLK Day serves as a powerful reminder of the Church's mission to advocate for the rights of all people and to work towards a society that reflects the love and justice of Christ.
